An affiliate of The Trump Group has submitted plans to construct another Acqualina-branded development in Sunny Isles Beach. If successful, Palazzo Di Acqualina will be built at 17901 Collins Avenue, just north of Acqualina and Mansions at Acqualina.

It's been a big few weeks for architect Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum condo tower in downtown Miami. After recently acquiring land and commencing site work, the ultra-exclusive development received a 51 million dollar construction loan.

SkyRise Miami will be constructed on land behind Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami. Voters overwhelmingly approved the 1,000-foot oberservation tower and tourist attraction during the elections on Tuesday.

One Thousand Museum developers closed on 2 parcels of land located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard. The land purchase makes way for Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid's first skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. Site work will begin immediately, and construction on the ultra-luxury tower will commence this fall.

Condo reservations are converting to contracts at the SLS Lux Brickell. Over the first 10 days, 150 condos valued at 300 million dollars went into contract. Related Group plans to begin construction on the luxury tower later this year, and building completion is scheduled for 2017.

S2 Development officially announced a new condo development set to rise in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands. O Residences will be located a prime waterfront lot at 9821 East Bay Harbor Drive. The boutique project will contain 41 exclusive condos.

The Surf Club developers obtained a 290-million-dollar loan for the luxury hotel and residential project currently under construction in Surfside. Four Seasons will brand and manage the Surf Club.
