Developer Don Peebles’ proposed condo project at 6747 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach will be known as The Bath Club Estates. The developer built The Bath Club condos at 59th and Collins in 2005.

4001 North Ocean in Palm Beach County is now complete. The 6-story, luxury oceanfront condo building is the second new condominium tower completed in South Florida since the market crash in 2007. The luxury building features 34 residences in Gulf Stream. Twenty-nine condos in 4001 North Ocean are currently sold.

The demolition of the Best Western hotel located on the future site of Chateau Ocean has begun. The Chateau Group purchased the 2.99 acre oceanfront property for 50 million dollars last year. Chateau Ocean should be completed in 2016.

A luxury condominium development is set to rise on a private, undeveloped island in Miami. Located between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach, the development known as Privé will be comprised of two 16-story towers with a total of 160 units on an island in Dumbfoundling Bay.
