The Chateau Group has submitted plans to build two buildings in Downtown Miami surrounding the iconic Freedom Tower. The first proposed building would be located at 600 Biscayne Boulevard, the same address as the Freedom Tower, with the second at 700 Biscayne Boulevard.

Another luxury condo has sold at The Residences at the Miami Beach Edition, an ultra-exclusive hotel/condo project set to open in April of 2014. The two-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot unit sold for 6 million dollars, or 3,000 dollars per square foot. This follows the record-breaking sale of 2 combined penthouse units to a single buyer for 34 million dollars in early March.

An oceanfront condo residence in the Setai Miami Beach recently sold for 7.8 million dollars. This marks the highest price paid for a non-penthouse unit at the ultra-luxury tower.

Extensive renovations on Fisher Island Club’s Racquet Club and Links Golf Club have been completed, according to Miller Construction Company. The Racquet Club and Links Golf Club each had their interiors stripped and updated with luxurious finishes.
