Construction on Muse in Sunny Isles Beach has officially begun. Once complete, the luxury oceanfront tower will rise 47 stories and contain 68 exclusive condos. The 649-foot tower will match the heights of the nearby Porsche Design Tower and Mansions at Acqualina.

The average new condo price per square foot in Miami is nearly double the average in Fort Lauderdale. The coastal city also boasts pristine beaches, 300 miles of inland waterways and an expanded international airport.
