The developers of GranParaiso, the final Paraiso Bay tower, have released pricing information for the 317-unit luxury building. GranParaiso condos will start at 700,000 dollars for a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit and rise upwards of 1.6 million dollars for a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit.

South Florida saw the third-highest annual home price increase in the United States. The price of existing single-family homes in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties rose 9.2 percent in February, compared to the year prior. Only Denver, Colorado and San Francisco, California saw larger gains.

According to a recent report, Fort Lauderdale is one of the hottest real estate markets for single-family houses in the United States. The city came in fourth on a list of 49 cities due to gains in home prices and home sales.
