Laut einem aktuellen Bericht die Zahl der geschlossenen Hause Transaktionen stieg um 38 Prozent im Geschäftsjahr zum 31. August und die Anzahl der geschlossenen Eigentumswohnung Transaktionen stieg um 21 Prozent im gleichen Zeitraum.

With all the new luxury condominium developments set to rise in South Florida, it comes as no surprise that residential construction in the area continues to show increases. Construction data for July and 2013 both show sustained strength in the residential sector.

The average sales price for high-end single-family homes and condos in Miami Beach rose over the year, according to a recent report. The Miami Beach luxury real estate market also saw an increase in sales, with 826 condos and 304 homes sold since August 1, 2012.

Condominium developers in South Florida have been extremely busy lately. Starting in October of last year, developers have proposed an average of approximately 1,000 new units per month.

Like Miami, Broward County home sales have been extremely active. The county saw a double-digit increase in the median price of single-family homes and condos in June, on a year-over-year basis. Single-family home sales also increased, despite the continuing property shortage.

Home sales continued to rise in Miami, according to Douglas Elliman’s quarterly market report. The number of sales rose to the highest number in 7 years, and the average sales price rose to the highest level since the third quarter of 2008.

Buyers in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties continued to purchase existing homes and condos in May. Home prices and sales continued to increase, despite the low inventory of properties on the market.
