More information on the Armani House by Cesar Pelli has emerged. The new condo development in Sunny Isles Beach is planned for a 4.9-acre oceanfront lot near 190th Street and Collins Avenue. The project will include two 55-story towers, with a total of 500 luxury condos.
Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the exclusive Armani House condos will contain 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1,550 to 3,200 square feet of living space. Prices will range from 800 dollars to 1,400 dollars per square foot, putting the beachfront residences at 1.2 to 4.5 million dollars.
Armani is the latest brand to be connected to a residential project in Sunny Isles Beach. Other notable brands include Porsche Design at the Porsche Design Tower Miami and Fendi Casa at the Mansions at Acqualina.

Dezer Properties and The Related Group are planning to develop a new condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The Armani Residences by Cesar Pelli is planned for an oceanfront lot at 190th Street and Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles.
An unnamed source stated that the condos in the Armani Residences will range in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms and start at 1.4 million dollars. Cesar Pelli is one of the world’s foremost architects. He designed the Petronas Towers in Malaysia, which were the tallest buildings in the world when they were first built. In Miami, Pelli designed the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
Dezer is currently working on the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach. Set for completion in 2016, the innovative building has already attracted 22 billionaire buyers. In the past, Dezer and Related have developed together under the Trump Brand, including the Trump Towers Sunny Isles Beach.

The proof continues to roll in; the real estate market in South Florida is recovering. The Porsche Design Tower Miami just received a 214 million dollar construction loan. It is the largest loan for a new condo project in South Florida since the real estate crash.
The Porsche Design Tower Miami is an ultra-luxury condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach. It features 132 units and one-of-a-kind “auto elevators” to transport cars to “sky garages” located right outside of the exclusive residences. Scheduled for a 2016 completion, the innovative tower already has sales contracts totaling 550 million dollars. This accounts for two thirds of the units.
Developer Gil Dezer stated, “This is extremely positive news for real estate financing and the recovery of the residential real estate market in South Florida.”
After the real estate crash, commercial banks withdrew from construction lending. Now that the market is booming, lenders have started to finance new construction projects again. Lenders are specifically looking to back successful developers with projects in ideal locations. In addition to the Porsche Design Tower Miami, the Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach also received a 160 million dollar loan.

The Porsche Design Tower currently has over half of its 132 units under contract, according to Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. This equates to an impressive total of over 400 million dollars in sales at the luxury condo building. The ultra-exclusive, 60-story tower is set to rise in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
“The initial success of the sales process has been nothing short of spectacular. It is a true testament to the new dimension Porsche Design Tower Miami is bringing to South Florida’s ultra-luxury, high-end real estate market. Residences in the Porsche Design Tower will range in size from 4,200 square feet to 17,000 square feet, with prices ranging from 4.5 million dollars to 25 million dollars. The building will feature one-of-a-kind “auto elevators”, which will allow residents to park their cars directly next to their units. A “car concierge” will be available to provide regular auto maintenance, car washing, etc. Furthermore, the balconies of almost every unit in the tower will feature plunge pools and outdoor kitchens.
The Porsche Design Tower Miami marks Porsche Design’s first venture into residential real estate. Dezer Development expects to break ground in April 2013, with a 33-month construction window.
