Luxury oceanfront condominiums have been all the rage in South Florida over the past couple of years. Many luxury condos have been sold to cash buyers from various countries. To keep up with the demand, developers have been proposing and are in the process of preconstruction on many new luxury condominium towers.
Real estate experts have been saying that there is a condominium construction boom taking place in South Florida once again. More than one hundred proposed pre-construction condominium projects are set for Miami. About sixteen of those condos have already begun construction. Many condos are in the preconstruction phase.
