Famed architect Zaha Hadid revealed the design for her proposed luxury condominiums in Miami. The 61-story tower, known as One Thousand Museum, marks her first residential project in the United States. The tower features an ultramodern exoskeleton and is set to rise on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.

One example of this is Peloro, A new luxury waterfront condominium tower set for construction in Miami Beach. Sales started about three months ago and seventy five percent of the 115 units have already been reserved for sale.
