The building's limited collection of just 189 homes ranges from two to four-bedroom-plus-den floor plans spanning 1,800 to 4,000 square feet of interior living space, fully finished and delivered with flooring, closets, lighting, and window treatments. Twenty-five percent of residences are dramatic two-story layouts featuring sculptural Antonio Citterio-designed staircases. Select residences offer ceiling heights beginning at 11 feet, rising to a breathtaking 30 feet in the building's penthouse collection. Every home faces east, maximizing light and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Kitchens are exquisitely designed by Antonio Citterio and offered in a variety of bespoke color palettes, anchored by refined cabinetry, premium finishes, and fully integrated appliances.
