The Miami Real Estate Market Continued to Strengthen in September

Miami real estate is still hot. The real estate market in Miami continued to strengthen in September, as sales increased by 4.6 percent and listings grew by 23.3 percent, compared to September 2012.

The median sales price for single-family homes and condos increased for the 22nd consecutive month. The median home price rose by 18.4 percent. Similarly, the average home price increased by 17.6 percent. The median price of a condominium in Miami grew by 21.3 percent, with the average price rising by 14.3 percent. Single-family home sales also rose 21.8 percent, indicating that now is a great time for homeowners to sell.

The Miami real estate market continues to appeal to international and American buyers. Buyers are attracted to the city’s first-class amenities, vast attractions and weather.
