Construction on Privé in Aventura has commenced. The luxury condo development will be located on an 8-acre private island in the Intracoastal Waterway.
Privé will include two 16-story towers designed by Sieger Suarez. Each exclusive building will contain 80 luxury waterfront condominiums ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to over 9,000 square feet. Privé Miami will also offer a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa, a beach-entry pool, a private marina, a beach club, concierge service and more. Prices at the luxury project start at 1.7 millions dollars.
Building completion is scheduled for mid-2017.
