The developers of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach have unveiled its latest amenity. The luxury waterfront condo development will feature an in-house art studio with spaces for painting, sculpting, jewelry making and more. The studio will also offer group and private art lessons.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach will contain 111 exclusive condos designed by renowned architect Piero Lissoni. The 1 to 5-bedroom residences will range in size from 1,700 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Additional amenities at the anticipated development will include an on-site marina, a private day yacht for residents, an infinity-edge pool, a waterfront grill and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach is scheduled for completion in 2016.
