Limited Edition Condos Are the Trend in Miami

Developers in Miami continue to propose luxury boutique condominium buildings throughout the city. Instead of building high-density housing projects full of studio and 1-bedroom apartments, Miami developers are focusing on providing first-class amenities in low-density buildings. These “limited-edition” residences boast spacious floor plans and unparalleled exclusivity.  

The developers of One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami originally received approval for a 60-story building with 750 residential units. Instead, One Thousand Museum will only contain 83 units in the originally planned 60-story tower. The smallest condos in One Thousand Museum will have 4,600 square feet of living space. The Zaha Hadid-designed building will feature exclusive amenities, such as a rooftop helicopter pad and a full-service spa.

The trend of limited-edition residences is also going strong in Miami Beach, where several ultra-luxury condo projects are in various stages of development. The Residences at Miami Beach Edition will include 26 units on the top floors of the Edition Miami Beach hotel. The lavish oceanfront condos include “outdoor rooms”, with private pools, kitchens and pergolas. Other luxury boutique condo developments in Miami Beach include Glass Miami Beach, Marea South Beach, 321 Ocean and One Ocean Miami Beach.
