The Chateau Group has submitted plans to build two buildings in Downtown Miami surrounding the iconic Freedom Tower. The first proposed building would be located at 600 Biscayne Boulevard, the same address as the Freedom Tower, with the second at 700 Biscayne Boulevard.
The 600 Biscayne Boulevard tower would rise 704 feet. The 700 Biscayne Boulevard tower would rise 709 feet. Both buildings could potentially dwarf the 256-foot Freedom Tower. If the Chateau Group’s towers are built, they would undoubtedly impact Miami’s skyline. However, past plans to build at each location never came to fruition.
The Chateau Group has been active in Miami lately. The developers are also responsible for the luxury condo projects Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles and Chateau Ocean in Surfside.
